Rep Power: 2  |  Sony Introduces BDU-X10S BD-ROM Drive HI_TO_ALL Here is Something NEW ! Sony has unveiled its first internal BLU-RAY Disc (BD) ROM Drive (BDU-X10S) for the computer aftermarket. The new BDU-X10S offers consumers an affordable option to upgrade their desktop to a Blu-ray player, which can also play DVDs and CDs. BDU-X10S now comes bundled with CyberLink’s PowerDVD BD Edition software for playback of commercial movie titles, recorded Blu-ray Disc home videos, DVD-ROMs and CD-ROMs. It also supports playback of recorded Blu-ray discs in MPEG-2 or H.264 format, standard DVD-Video discs or recorded DVDs encoded with MPEG-2 or AVCHD formats. Commercial Blu-ray movies can be viewed on computers that incorporate an HDCP-compliant graphics card offering DVI or HDMI connections, HDCP-compliant computer display, and software that supports BD-ROM playback. Rep Power: 1 | I would definitely not suggest anyone the sony dvd writer or blueray rom as i had many issues to face while using it. It will play only the perfect discs rather than playing any discs which are even slightly scratched. I would suggest to try samsung, which is far cheaper and writes faster. |
