It seems Sashi Tharoor and controversy are closely bonded with each other. It is no secret the former UN Undersecretary put himself to gun point by using phrases cattle class, holly cow and slamming the foreign policy. Congress made public comments against his holy cow and cattle class comment. The first comment was a result of financial restriction imposed on minister as they were asked to travel in economy class. Though not intentionally, Sashi Tharoor borrowed the cattle class comment from his twitter account. But what actually put him under scanner was the holy cow comment which people decoded as an attack on Sonia Gandhi. Tharoor a close associate of PM Manmohan Singh cleared his way with the PM's support.


His next comment was a criticism on visa policy. The latest is a criticism on Nehru's foreign policy during a speech. Let us wait and see how it ends.
