Thread: My views: Plz save our Mother Earth!

Hi!!

Today i am Damn serious!

as we all know Earth, Our beautiful planet is in danger.I am afraid to say that it may end if situation is not controlled.Lets take India!In our country the population is now more than 110 crores!!More population means more need of water, air, food, land etc.Water is a renewable resource but if its not being used properly or is being overused, it may end and imagine how would we survive without water!!!Air need for our breathing.Trees are being cut down.The air isn't getting fresh and plants need Carbon-dioxide for photosynthesis.We people,who breathe out carbon-dioxide is utilized by plants.but if plants aren't part of our community then there is an increase in Earth's temperature.You have noticed that the winter wasn't that cold and the summer has arrived in April only!!Thats because of an increase in Carbon Dioxide!More food needs more cultivation thus more land.Land is being used by us for building our homes and factories.And thus trees are also being cut down.i read in a newspaper that in 1980, the hole in ozone layer was 3.27 million sq. Km. and in 2007 the hole was 25.02 million sq. Km!!!!!!!If we don't control the situation, the world is going to really end by 2054.Its very sick!!Plz save our Earth by planting tress and do what u can to protect the Earth.Also i request u all to plz Plant a Tree on ur Birthday!!that way ur birthday would really be remembered.
Everybody knows what to do but they don't follow it.
I hope u will try to take some precautions that u can to save our Earth!

So what action can we all take ? Tell something more practical,not just planting saplings as its not an easy job....

don't cut down tress from roots.
if u find any1 cutting trees then do tell him to stop.
and plz avoid use of poly bags.use cloth bags instead
don't waste water.

BBMP is cutting down trees for making bangalore metro, there were many protests, all failed. Poly bags, well, its not me who should stop it, but places like Relaince Mart/Foodworld/fabmall etc who should provide cloth bags or something like that , but then, its not at all economical.

I think we need more ideas on going green, saving power and water.

@admin: Could you please have a mini contest for the best Green idea , a separate section for all those ideas that can help us in the process of conservation , stuff like e-waste management can go in that section ?

although I have created it but it works in a real sense. I installed it in my vehicle and carbon % literally goes down into points.

i dont see people dying out of environmental destruction, like everyday's terrorism...
