go for a windows mobile from htc or hp
or go for a symbian 9.1 based phone from nokia

Blackberry would be the best option.

use a software called truephone for free voip solutions.

Nokia has launched E60 VOIP (SIP) Handset. Try that one. And in india most of the people trust Nokia handsets. so its worth to buy a nokia phone.
