N-Series is throwing one after another model in the market. It seems Nokia has gained such expertise in N series technology that manufacturing mobile under N series seems child’s play to them. The Nokia N79 is another hit which displays the ergonomic and style power of Nokia. The N79 has some features which make some N series veteran look meek and low. The phone is big enough in inspiration, personality and looks. There is no wonder if the phone can perform at times better than Nokia N82 or others.

But the phone N79 is not such you cannot criticize it at any point. The phone gives lots of opportunities to critics to point out its flaws. There are some features which are missing in this phone. They are like no charging with USB port, no smart dialing, no office document editing, the camera features lack in tune, and the zooming of the camera too has some weakness, and the GPS performance cannot be rated the best among the series.

Yet compared to other phones this Nokia N79 bar is well equipped to carry your mobile experience to the next level. And in 400 US dollars you cannot expect better than this phone.

The remarkable features of Nokia N79 are –
The screen which is 2.4 inches 16 M color LCD TFT screen having display of QVGA resolution. The phone operates very well on Symbian OS 9.3 with S60 3.2 UI and is equipped with ARM 11 369 MHz CPU. The 5 MP camera with dual LED flash, AF assist light and 30 fps video recording is quite mesmerizing. When it comes to Internet, N series always stay ahead with features like Wi-Fi, GPRS, HSDPA and EDGE. There is HSCSD and built in accelerometer. You would love to know that 4 GB card is included in the retail package and still if you wish more, you can extend it up to 16 GB.

Nokia N79 has new features like - Touch-sensitive Navi wheel, Symbian OS 9.3, Series 60 v3.2 UI, WAP 2.0/xHTML, HTML, RSS feeds, and Photo/video editor. The gadget is a good companion with GPS navigation, JAVA platform for gaming, 3.5mm audio output, push to talk, voice command, Document viewer, TV out, integrated hands-free and talk time up to 5 hours.

I bought this just few weeks back...Its an amazing phone...
