Gals & Guys i am posting some important applications that run on our mobile phones. Many of you are already working on these and i am just posting for reviving them for you and those who dont know any of thems.
I cannot find an appropriate section for this so posting up here in Nokia cause its the most popular phone and plays .jar applications quite cool-ly.

this one is responsible for my transfer from desktop to mobile. I am totally freak with it.its very simple and nice indeed.
Gmail
download the latest mail client from wap.google.com .the newest version gives access to multiple and own domained accounts too.
Gmaps small mapping application for watching maps

Ucb browser.another browser which supports on your phone. Gives a download manager too(howso not working for me,but ppl do say its working for em)
opera mini hifi mod
it can be useful for downloading big files which cant be downloade by normal phone browsa.

this one is not available everywhere.an s40 jar this helps you to create high frequency sounds which you cant hear but mosquitoes do and get annoyed by it. Really useful i have tested.

this one is for yahoo small app. Works efficiently. You can even buzz your buddies.
Gotalk
its a gtalk client. Works very nice.really very fast. You can do everything you do in chat. Can send ringtones cardz. Has multiple wallpapers backgrounds and themes to suit your moods.

multiple chat servers Including migs own chat server. Chat rooms. Calling and sms to ISDs also cheap. You can buy some credits if live in south and jaipur.

if you are an irc freak you can download this one.small 60-70kb app. Works just like normal desktop client. Takes less gprs. Adds multiple server accounts to connect.
Mimo
client for yahoo msn gtalk etc. Ringtones images etc. Has inbuilt browsa.

Microsky
this one shows sky from different parts of world. You get an accoun and it gives you access to worlds topmost planetoriums.

gives you access to top cities of the world through streaming cams. You can download images. Stream in seconds as

Avys ringtone maker
if you have a camera enabled mobile.this app will make ringtone for you using the colors generated by the camera. The ringtones could be send to any email as upload or even saved..gives midis.

Barcoder
someone in Russia made this. Unique app to enter bar code of any product and know its manufacturer and product id. You can even know the country where its manufactured. Great for anonymous imported products.

Nokia codes
available at mosh.nokia.com . Useful app giving a list of secret nokia codes.
Mobile basic
work on basic programing through mobile.

Nimbuzz
gives access to not just chat servers but also your facebook and orkut,nicely made. Not working for newest nokia phones but will be available soon for them too.
Tshark
browser from FF for mobile.

Myphone
real name of this app is unknown. This app was found on dedomil.net(has hundreads of games and softwares other than this one)this app shows your phones all stats.including its platform os midp version colorization etc etc.priceless.it can also show your real pixels with a very practical experiment with report.

IF you got a camera phone with a nice clean imaging with good qualitiz. You can download this scanning software. By the free trial you can send 1 free scan to any fax numb around the world. For monthly usage you can pay. Gives nice results on high resolution phones. N70 and above. You can send whiteboards and scan compressed images of your papers and important docs using it to any email.

160by2 free sms client.
Send free sms to India. First you need to have one account on 160by2.com .the client is temperorily not working. You may use the wapsite. M.160by2.com .Also has a computer site.

For those who liked NFS desktop version(and Brook Burke indeed )
have chance to smile again. Cause eagames has just given out a demo of the game for mobile. The patch maybe available in somedays(or maybe there)

Find out a very interesting free game called Roller coster . Its available in gamejump. Has interesting stages to cover.

this one unzips and UnRars archives on your phone. Try to open basically Pdf files etc.
Mobile pdf
this one opens pdfs for your s40 mobiles if you dont have pdf software on phone.
