Unhappy 3110 c " a phone or a trouble maker?"

hi guys i am getting restarting problem with the nokia 3110c phone.
i have some 1.2gb on my 1.9gb card,. i filled four 3gp movies( whole james bond best of brosnan) and now the phone is giving this issue. one friend told me that its because of the kingston card. while everyone else says the actually its the 3110 c itself which is doing such menaces.

i wrote to nokia about it, but got response that i must upgrade my firmware to new one. i have very old frmware right now i saw myself.

in my city(thats Nainital) a small peacefull city with no good nokia centres. so i am confused what to do. Nokia phones unlike sonyerickson's cant help if the phone mal-ly boots during upgradation. the customer care person told me that if i have good connection at home i can do it myself. but actually i am afraid as never done//

please help me with this situation and also do tell nice sd cards in the market that dont spoil your mood when you are opening folders inside folders..

my dad's having the same phone with similar trouble. i upgraded the firmware by myself through nokia site. download firmware upgrader from there and follow the instructions . it took less than 30 minutes for me to do that but the phone is working flawlessly till date. only thing you make sure is to backup all contacts, bookmarks, messages, notes, wallet info etc.

graja18 is on a distinguished road
Thumbs up

i had same problem but i upgraded the firmware(OS).Then the problem got solved..go to
google and search as "Nokia software updater" it will show nokia site u click and download it
download software updater... connect your phone via data cable...It will give 3 options
1.nokia mode
2.data storage
3.(I dont remember)
select nokia mode

open software updater and it will search for new version of software and it will update
before updating charge your mobile fully ,take back up of all the important contents to memory card..then your software will get updated approximately in 30 min(if your internet speed is good otherwise it will take time)

I use SanDisk.... When i face such problems i either update the firmfare or increse the phone memory by deleting stuffs.. They work!!
