but i just love the fones manufactured by nokia.....

if u also go Ga-Ga over the latest nokia fones leave a few lines abt it

The last nokia i used was nokia 7210 back in 2001 since then never got a nokia after that, not that its not good but just coz i was too carried away by those new 3g phones from LG and NEC and when i started hating them I got this motorola v3i which i use these days.
will buy a nokia again once this one is busted or i forget it in a pub or something

yes.don't know about outside India.but for Indian conditions they are simply the best.

The best thing i like about Nokia is that all of its handsets are rough and tough and this is one of the biggest positive thing i like and second one is that we can get new bodies for these handset for real cheap price from local market.

Yes, this is really something good about Nokia phones. Like a new body in Nokia showroom would cost around 1,000 - 4,000 rupees where as i can get the same from outside for around 200 - 300 rupees.

I m also for Nokia, I started with noKia 3310 quite 6 years back, and till today I m Nokia ( Ofcourse not with that 3310 ), these days i m using N72.

Nokia phones has the best user interface (or maybe I have got used to it).

I also love the Nokia phones and i also think that they are one of the best handset in market and there is no other better company then Nokia as far as i have have seen.

In India people love Nokia handset. If you see you would notice that majority of the present day hadnset market is tapped by Nokia and i think this is because of there great products which they had been offering since begining.

This is all true that Nokia is a leader in the present mobile market but i think it would soon see a decrease in its market share as Motorola and other good cell phone companies are getting good sales reports.

These good companies which you have mentioned had been present in this area for a long time and i am sure that it would not make that of a difference... nokia was, nokia is and i hope that nokia would always be the markt leader.

iv dropped my nokia phone a miilion times, but its been loyal and stil works fine..
so its nokia for me all along.

I used to think Nokia phones are the best but there are now many makes of mobile phones which are above standard and are level with Nokia phones.

No other manufacturer can beat the nokia user interface... All options are very intuitive... The fones are fast, they don't lose count of the buttons pressed like i've seen in samsung and haeir () fones. The build quality is also very good.

I do agree for the feature. more or less it is same .But beauty of nokia is: its rough & tough and dont disappoint u, when u need it most.:001_tt2:

I just got a nokia 6288 phone. its cool, nice and user's friendly. But it is much cool if somebody will give me any N-series phones! LOL:14:

It is one of the Toughest Phone brand ever. I fell my nokia phone from the 10th step stair down to the bottom, but it is still FUNCTIONING. How tough is it!

Well, I have shifted myself to Sony Ericsson as they have some better models. But I still remember, no mobiles was that comfortable like 1100 to type SMS. I am being an SMS worm, badly missing 1100.

Nokia was the best ...say till 2 years ago.
The battery recall issues and issues with the Symbian led to steady decline in their sales.
But still today, most Nokia phones are way better in compared to Samsung/Haier/Fly/Spice etc. etc.
Sony Ericsson is one who has some phones better than Nokia.

I currently use : Nokia 6020
(lot of features packed in for a price of Rs. 5400)
(the phone's been dropped on hard floor a few times, but no damage....something Sony ericsson phones, i feel might not tolerate)
(even with rough use for 2 years, the joystick functions perfectly)
no call drops or the phone not responding or firmware problem

Sony Erricson phones do provide better features but after 2 years the phone looks beaten.

- all keyboard letters are smeared off
- the paint/silky finish is gone and silver has given way to the black layer below
- battery is weak (which is still strong in Nokia)

Comparatively Nokia looks great after 2/3 years. I have Nokia 3650 (the second phone in the world that came with a camera) purchased in 2003 and it looks like new even today.

I have Sony Erricson k750i...bought it 2 years back....now the keyboard are all smeared off.. & even the joy stick in not working sometimes....

But when it comes to Music phones....nothing can beat Sony Erricson...

Wow! Nokia phones. I like the phone verymuch. In these days I am using Nokia N70. The mobile is very easy to operate and stylish looking. I hope you will enjoy the phone. Nokia is a realiable company.
