Thread: Nokia customer service and Warranty

Its been 6 months since I brought my Nokia phone and I am having some problems with it. The screen starts flashing and goes blank then comes back to normal again. The battery is fine and is always charged, sometimes I have to hold the phone a certain way for this not to happen, when held up right its this time when the screen goes funny!

Am I still under warranty for this, and if so how long with Nokia take to sort this problem out?
Can someone give some reviews on what their customer services and repairing service is like?

Dude as far as i have experienced nokia care in Delhi i don`t about the other states they are the worst man totally crap.
just 2 upgrade my phone firmware they took 1 week you can imagine what`s rest.

I can say No Care at Nokia Care.

but i`ll say don`t increase your problem visit there as soon as possible.
