Now the things is often times the screen would suddenly be the introduction, just like when you turn the power of the cellphone one. You know? Its irritating because if I'm texting or calling, they're being cut because of this. |

Rep Power: 1 | ^ The famous 'white screen'  Upgradation of software should solve the problem... Done at nokia centers or use pc suite. |

Rep Power: 1 | Oh I see. It sounds like this happened to you already.  Thank you for the help. That's what I would do then. Also... Why should they be upgraded in the first place? I mean they never mention anything that we will have to upgrade them every once in a while or something, right? |

Rep Power: 1 | ^its not like- you have to. Upgradation is not mandatory. You can use the existing software itself.. Its just a way of resetting a corrupted software... |
