Thread: White Screen

Hi guys! I'm currently using a Nokia n70 model. Now the things is often times the screen would suddenly be the introduction, just like when you turn the power of the cellphone one. You know? Its irritating because if I'm texting or calling, they're being cut because of this.

Upgradation of software should solve the problem... Done at nokia centers or use pc suite.

Oh I see. It sounds like this happened to you already. Thank you for the help. That's what I would do then. Also... Why should they be upgraded in the first place? I mean they never mention anything that we will have to upgrade them every once in a while or something, right?

^its not like- you have to. Upgradation is not mandatory. You can use the existing software itself.. Its just a way of resetting a corrupted software...

Ooh! Thanks a lot for clearing that up. I understand now. Thanks. Ha ha. If you didn't say it, I would have upgraded this in no time quickly. Ha ha.

Upgradation wont be a bain.. But i am not sure what exactly it is upgrading. what i got was just a new theme..

Anyway is your problem solved?

This is a common problem in nokia mobile phones even i too found this problem

This means phone restarts after sometime.Your mobile is infected by virus.scan memory card by your PC.If virus found that mean virus is in phone memory also.Just format your phone by this code *#7370#.
