My BL-5C battery get discharged quickly. It may be a faulty one. How to check battery life, when to change to a new battery and what is the actual price of original Nokia BL-5C battery in India? where to get it from?

You should be able to get a free of charge replacement as there was a recall for Nokia BL-5C battery world over. Find a Nokia care shop near you and they will do it for free.

^My phone is not from the list above, but works on BL-5C. Do i still get a replacement?

Whenever I charge my phone, I charge it for a very long period even if its already full battery. I start it before I sleep and just remove it from the charger when I wake up. That's about 9 hours at least. Do you think that could also be a reason why it get discharged quickly.

me too do the same and my baterry rotates on flat surface. friends told me if it rotates it will be replaced soon. is it true?
