Forget abt givin Iphone a machine's spin just give a manual spin and that Super delicate one will be a crap...

one may need a 8/16 gb phone only for few purposes i hope..one is clicking snap of everyone he find on way and to fill it up with lots of kiddy games..some videos to show them to frnds jus to show off...oh 24hrs of 1st day ends now what to do 7/15 gb still available

we need a mobile phone coz we need to communicate when we are not at home.. for MOBILE MUSIC there is IPODs, MP3 Players...and for 10000 bucks one can have an eight MP camera...so why to waste 20-25000 for a phone having MP3/MP4, and few MP camera huh...

ADMIN is right iphone is for those who want to flash it off and take my words if you really want to show off go and get a NOKIA VERTU nothing can beat its elegance...huh

I just read in Times of India that the iphone will cost $199 worldwide so that makes it less then Rs9000 ... well that is not a bad deal then eh?

yup thats true even tho it will cost less than 9000 there will still be taxes and its bound to cost something around 11500... anyways its just not hardy enough... i had a look at their ipod touch.. and even tho it looked big on computer in reality its too sleek and delicate. unless protected it can break.

well i waited four years and got an 80 GB ipod for 12200 Rs whereas i remember so many had bought a 30 GB ipod for 24000 Rs and 60 GB was 35000. It Pays to wait.
cos the initiall buyers are the ones who give the most profit to the market. so that these dudes can utilise their money on the next project which they have already planned. being a gadget and techno freak is different from being a stupid.

and so i say if u wait for 1 and half yrs u will notice the iphone will cost only 8000 or less.

To be frank, i really doubt that there will competition for nokia even after the launch of iphone, as nokia has established a deep and big market in india and with only one phone model apple is not even going to make a dent in nokia market for sure.

apple launched new iphone in US for just $ 199...

i m not crazy about phone and using same nokia handset from last about 2 years and happy with the same.. i think nokia phones are far much better than all other brands...

The poll question is wrong ....And surprisingly 6 people voted yes !! ....Nokia has a very wide segment of mobile phones and most people opt for it as they dont need a costly and Bulky pocket PC .....People prefer normal simple phones or a Laptop .... not the 'in between' palmtop ..

But I-Phone is superior compared to the best of the Nokia's sets in terms of performance....Its got the fastest mobile processor , Touch Flow, Gr8 display and the fastest mobile web browser(Safari) which combined with 3g technology may very well put some of our desktop ISPs to shame ...... It's also got 'The best price to performance' ratio ....

Its common knowledge that Nokia is dominating the lower/middle segment of the market (world wide).......and majority of Indian market belongs to the lower/middle segment which is one of Nokia's biggest market....

But Nokia is really lagging behind in the Higher segment (Worldwide) [smartphones , palmtops and pocket pcs] ......which are dominated by HTC , Blackberry ,I-Phone ,O2, Palmtreo etc ....The higher segment forms a very small percentage of market share so Nokia is still the Dominant player ...
