Earning per click can be anything between 0 to 35$ per click. Nowadays you can expect an average of 0.3$/click.
There is a lot of difference between indian users and american users. If you get more of american users then your earnings will be high because of high competition.

By the way.. dont you think the average could be 0.03$/click instead of 0.3$/click.
As somewhere in this forum i have read that just4kix has written this figure to be 0.01$/click.

Yes it could be 1 cent to any amount that the advertiser wants to pay per click. If the keyword is a niche topics like related to mobile phones or gadgets and such "might" get you a higher click rate.

If you want to earn more through adsense, you need to place the advertisement in the approriate places and the advertisement that comes has to encourage people to click. So if topics that are used for generating the adsense are interesting you are bound to get a better click rate.

Please correct me If I am wrong.

The average will be 0.3$ because when you are getting huge traffic to your website and getting good clicks then you will get that average but when you are getting 1 or 2 rare clicks then it will be 0.01$

What is CTR? - "is it the no of peoples who clicked an add out of 100?"
if 100 people visit a site than what would be the average No. of clicks in general.

Is the figures given here are REAL?

CTR= Click Through Ratio i.e out of 100 visitors haw many clicks you are getting.

Its actually CTR=Click Through Rate.

"generally 10% is considered high but avg 3-4%"

In addition to google adsense one can also use Text Link Ads - Smart Link Marketing too on his site.

You can get higher revenue by posting luxury material.
I mean material like about luxury hotels, Diamonds, Luxury Cars, Sporty Cars.

Labnol has got a custom coded theme and is not released elsewhere. But there are similar themes available. Do a search in google

Unable to find any similar theme.

By the way, If i open a blogger account on blogspot.com today and post about Three-Four decent articles in a week, then after how many days i could apply for Google Adsense.

Hmm...
I don't know exactly...but when I applied for adsense I got my account id within 3 days but these days people are throwing rants abt getting accepted by adsense takes around 6 months

I have heared somewhere that Six months is the period for those who are not on blogspot, for blogspot.. this period is short.(not sure)
Have you registered with a gmail acc or anything else?
How many articles you had posted till that time?
It was blogspot or ur own domain?
How many months ago u had applied?

I had applied around 5 years back with a yahoo mail and blogspot blog.'
Had 3 articles (not unique) on the blog

BTW what will happen if i open an account on blogspot.com today, then without posting any article for next six month..
if then i apply for Google Adsense then Wheather they will consider me Six month old or not?
