you might also might want to share your ideas and on where (which place on the site) you thought adsense made profit.

    Very True..

Content should be fresh as well as SEO should be good ( It (Content + URL ) should tell your users what it contains ).

you are doing better than me atleast

after 8months, I just have just $15USD in my account.
but that hardly matters, as Gaurishsharma.com is my personel blog. money making is not my priority.

IMO, if you are taking blogging just as a money making activity, then look elsewhere.

I earned only $1.45 cents with my blogspot a/c not much anyways.

    @AmitTeli
Paypal accepts only Credit Card Info not debit card. I tried once and had to give my credit card info to get accepted.

Oh!, i see i heard that Paypal is not accepting any Indian bank cards, since i have tried many cards, and receive only this statement"
This Credit/Debit card is is not valid since your Ceredit/debit card issuing company has not accepted it, so this card is not acceptable. For more reason why this card is not acceptable, please contact the card issuing bank/branch regarding it"

I am using these cards [ICICI, SBI, UTI, CBI banks DB's and CC's] and all are in proper working status and bank people say its fine, can't figure out whats happening??

Can you give some Info about which Bank CC is accepted by Paypal and what are the card requisites for it??

The problem with me is that I was too late to get an Adsense account. I think that they now have so many conditions to accept new accounts. Seeing that, I got discouraged, and stopped blogging....

Paypal does not support Visa Electron....

And, you also need to have an International Credit Card. Your's maybe valid only in India and Nepal or so. If that is so, apply for an International Credit Card.

After you have checked the things I have mentioned, please say if it helped, or if it didn't help you....

Here most of you are saying that you have earned about 2-5$/month only, thru google adsense.
Whereas Admin has said in Post 143 that he is able to sponser the contest coz of the revenues thru google adsense, that means he is able to earn over Rs. 20,000 thru google adsense.

    I am confused?
Why there is toooo big diffrence?

    1. How much one can earn thru a single click?, is there any diffrence for an Indian site and a US site for this per click rate?
    2. What would be the highest amount earned by an Indian site?
    3. Out of every 100 adsense users how many would be able to earn over Rs. 10000/month?
    Someone please answer.
    Thanks.

    1) The amount of money will vary depending upon many factors like the popularity or demand of the keywords used.

    2) One cannot just predict that. There is obviously no special limit in earning for a particular site. The earning varies depending upon the popularity and number of visitors of the site.

    3) I would say that about 2-9 from 100 genuine adsense users will be successful.

Earning per click can be anything between 0 to 35$ per click. Nowadays you can expect an average of 0.3$/click.
There is a lot of difference between indian users and american users. If you get more of american users then your earnings will be high because of high competition.

    2. What would be the highest amount earned by an Indian site?
    mentioned in my previous post

    3. Out of every 100 adsense users how many would be able to earn over Rs. 10000/month?
This again depends on several factors

    Thanks for the replies.

By the way.. dont you think the average could be 0.03$/click instead of 0.3$/click.
As somewhere in this forum i have read that just4kix has written this figure to be 0.01$/click.

Yes it could be 1 cent to any amount that the advertiser wants to pay per click. If the keyword is a niche topics like related to mobile phones or gadgets and such "might" get you a higher click rate.

If you want to earn more through adsense, you need to place the advertisement in the approriate places and the advertisement that comes has to encourage people to click. So if topics that are used for generating the adsense are interesting you are bound to get a better click rate.

Please correct me If I am wrong.

The average will be 0.3$ because when you are getting huge traffic to your website and getting good clicks then you will get that average but when you are getting 1 or 2 rare clicks then it will be 0.01$

    Thanks again.

    One more question :-
What is CTR? - "is it the no of peoples who clicked an add out of 100?"
if 100 people visit a site than what would be the average No. of clicks in general.

Is the figures given here are REAL?
