paypal is the best when it comes to accepting payment. Many people already have paypal account and it makes it easier for transacting.
The only thing is you have to verify your account ASAP using a VCC or a real CC

For Egold there are a lot of companies who can take your egold and send you a cheque in return although its not a very good idea to believe any such company blindly. There are a few dealers listed on the e-gold website so you should stick to them and not deal with any third party.

There are many forumers here are new to the Online money schemes and sites(not including me,Of course!!). I just want to make sure people/forumers understand the keywords, terms and Online money handling sites. This is only, to help the forumers.

For Eg. VCC means Virtual Credit Card.

    Exclamation think before you jump

i feel paypal is more trusted, eventhough it is also one of the most abused. many have even complained that their confidential datas being hacked by hackers and such bad experiences. paypal needs your credit card data, that somehow is a bad idea.

alertpay and e-gold, i feel best ignored.

more correct info from knowledgeable members and current users will be helpful to all of us here. if any such people around here, kindly guide us.

Yes. You can use your Debit Card too...
Even PayPal accepts your International Debit Cards issued by your banks. Most debit cards are either of master card or visa affiliations. Many banks have discontinued issuance of standalone ATM cards. Your Debit Card is also a ATM card. Stand Alone ATM cards cannot be used for registration with PayPal. I have not read anything regarding this in the PayPal terms & conditions. So what they means must be the Debit cum ATM cards issued by banks.

Virtual Credit Cards are issued by a couple of banks in India. HDFC Banks is one of the earliest one to start that service. It is a safe way to do online transactions. If you have an account with the concerned bank, all that you have to do is to buy a VCC for a certain denomination, generally in 1000, 2000s etc. please chek with your bank, if they have this facility. This will expire within a certain time period or once the transactions is executed. rules vary from bank to bank.

If anyone knowledgeable here, kindly add your bit to it. May be I am wrong also.

    OMG!!!!
    Well thanks for the info.
I will breif a issue that is right now wirlling here: Well as for now till i make some revnue i can't afford for a bank account as papa shouting at me when i ask for it. He always shouts saying " Why don't you try a job and get a thing that is needed for you?? " As for me i am constantly attending interviews either through consultancies or company direct approach, but both are not working.

As for this concern, Firstly || if a person dosnot have a bank account at a perspective bank will that bank issue a VCC for such a customer/person??

Secondly || if so, which are the banks that issue VCC?? If you are from Bangalore i would like to know.
