Rep Power: 10 | Adding reputation> If you see all the posts on this page ... look at the user names and underneath that you would see that gree or grey dot showing if the user is online or not and on the right hand side of that dot there is a small icon looks a bit like a weighing scale (of olden times) click on it and you get two options 1) approve of that post and second one is to give negetive reputation. If you like someone's post you can add to their reputation and if you think someone deserver negetive reputation you can disapprove of their post and they will recieve a negetive rep from you... Along with that there is a small note you can add telling why you added positive or negetive rep.
