Thread: Chrome OS releasing this autumn!!!

Yes google announced it officially this autumn its coming free!

And it seems they are gonna compete Windows directly. I dont think its gonna beat Windows 7 after all Chrome OS is nothing but linux backed up by Google. According to be there is not competition at all, Chrome OS will be a lite OS and if you want advanced and regular tasks then you must have Windows.

Good news.... Another OS to hit the road......
However, Googlehad made it clear that initially it will be available only for netbooks(comes with preinstalled on netbooks) and costs between $300-400....

Guess the others will have to wait......

Yes, and if Chrome OS will be just 60% good as Windows then i guess there will be lots of pc's extremely at low price (particularly in India).

Good news... I will try this OS as soon as it comes....
