No hacks are available to boast your upload speed, ask your ISP to increase your upload speed:
They are the one who can change it.
    Please don't talk about hacks.

Windows 7 is really nice OS. Don't need to hack it has feature that increase your speed like speed up system. Just you have to clean you recent files, internet temporary file etc.

Post in proper forum say BSNL/Airtel etc. etc.
see this link for reducing /increasing speeds for torrents
    http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...oad-speed.html (download and upload speed)

Use Ccleaner from filehippo.com ( for post No 3 suggestion )
Also delete max SR points with same application.

Try Sg tcp/ip optimizer to tweak your OS.

    Direct download on
FireFox Windows 7 Pro BSNl Home750 upto 512 Kbps Beetel110TCI/VAIO Sony
