That's good.
I lost my good old UTSTARCOM modem after installing the BSNL firmware even though I followed the instructions.

I hope you are using Windows XP 5.1.2600.5512 Service Pack 3 (x86 SP3)

i am using the first version of Windows Xp launched in 2001! no service pack is installed, and its an Genuine version.
