Thread: Anyone heard of spectranet??

hello guys i am in delhi and i was wondering wether any of you have heard about the ISP - spectranet??? if you have then please tell me their tarrifs and service ... thnx in advance

The service is provided through cable/LAN and with the help of the local cable-wala. With consequent effect on QoS.

so I will get good pings on v-street servers in mumbai like my friend said below 30ms latency

Spectranet is another Cable Internet provider, i used spectranet services long time ago and it is good and stable one but not available everywhere. I suggest you to look forward for other options before going for spectranet as it is maintained by local cablewalla's which can create some problems in future, problems like line maintainance and renewal and downtime etc.

@ smoothvibes i am already using mtnl but i am not satisfied with the pings.. which i get on v-street servers so i was wondering that if u played cs 1.6 did spectranet provide low pings on servers?? and what is the average downime?? because mtnl many-atimes get dc from server and i have to join again and spectranet is available in my area........ dunno abt cable wallah

I am not sure about that mate as i used that connection long time back and never used it to play online games, my baisc work was research on various topics and checking my mails at home.

Dont take spectranet, for security theyll hamper customer's needs . Iam changing my isp , Retards have blocked all ports. And their technicians are the worst, Dunno nythng:angry:
