Wat about Download Speed??

I hav a 256 KBPS plan...
but i m getting Download speed of 35-40 KBPS..

is it fine???

You are getting more than you should be getting.

not more than 32 kbps (without any loss in TCP/IP overheads). So you are fortunate.
