Router makes internet speed 270 Kbps while without Router it is 2mbps plz help!

i am using i ball baton 150m wireless-n router(model no.iBWRX150N) when i conncet cable via router my speed decrease and become270 kbps only when i conncet direct it goes to 2mbps. i use tikona internet service.the engneer came and told me that it is something that my router's problem we are not responsible for it.

i have checked in my router "Bandwidth Control Settings" it is disabled

Have you connected the RJ45 from Tikona to the WAN port of iBWRX150N?
Select 801B& G mode. Ensure Power output is 100% ( if option available )
Select Dynamic IP.
Connect one rj45 from LAN1 to computer LAN port and ensure
internet connection is Ok.
Post as attachment screen shot Connection status of iBall baton
and wireless page.

Yes i did the same as you mentioned

It is already selected (dynamic ip)

here is a problem since i am a noob (shame on me) i don't understand what you mean here. what is "801B& G mode" is this wireless mode??? if it is so i have five options for this mode

1.11Mbps(802.11b)
2.11Mbps(802.11g)
3.150Mbps(802.11n)
4.Mixed mode(802.11 b/g) i think you are talking about this one
5.Automatic(802.11b/g/n) (this is active at the movment)

i have checked both modes Mixed mode(802.11 b/g) and Automatic(802.11b/g/n) but no luck here ( do i need to restart my pc also changing between each mode ) ( i know router needs to be restarted when changing the modes of wireless)?

6> and i could not find any "Power output" option.

i tried both 6 and 11 but no luck my speed is still around 270Kbps via router

BTW i am not connected with wireless, i am using RJ45 cable

i have noticed one thing when ever i direct conncet tikona cable in my pc i need to login first into "tikona login page" using my username and password(provided by tikona) and when i conncet router it does not ask me to login

i have "restored defult" my router but still no luck

Problem is unusual and will try to update. I cannot stimulate"TIKONA" and a similar ISP Wi5( zylog) working perfect for me, both in LAN mode and WIFI mode..
Please wait for other member's suggestions.
Just confirm, you could access the Tikona Network and surf
in wifi mode with your present set up. ( NO RJ45 connection)

If you can use only RJ45 cable wifi settings are not essential.
The Iball baton works as a switch. You can skip WAN port and try LAN1 and LAN2 only . Settings appear to be ok.

well i dont have wifi on my pc but i can surf on my mobile(noika N900) using wifi and it has the same slow speed

i finally solved it my self (i dont know how it works) i logout from my tikona page and remove all the cables even on my Terris (where tikona's entina is located normally) and after five min i reinsert all the cables restore factory my router and login into my internet access tikona page and now it gives me 2mbps via router! i dont know what causes it but i knew one thing that when ever i was plugin direct cable into my pc it was asking for my username and password evrytime, but did not ask me when i install router so my AIM was, that it should ask me for the username and password via router. and it should work. To make this possible i did whatever i could do and finally it works
