How good is Asianet broadband? Rate it for us? How good is it in all your opinions? I think it is pretty good.
Have not heard about Asianet in this part of India. Where is it available - Kerala/TN?
Asianet is the Number 1 in Kerala, right now. They are coming in to the other states slowly.
Asianet has improved very much lately. Now the complaints etc are rectified much faster than before. Maybe they are scared of competition.
is it available in Delhi

it is actually ownd by the owner f hathway,ie..same person ows both hathway and asianet.only diff is 2 different companies wchich has different names.in kerala it has name of asianet while outside kerala its hathway.Originally Posted by just4kix

Asianet cable broadband is the best when it comes to speed, variety plans and tariff, but their customer care service is slowly degrading and is now even worse than BSNL. And the same can be said about the connection stability. It was the best broadband service in Kerala few years ago.

So is service of both is same? I mean Hathway and Asianet....
good if u have patience. business users dont go for it i will rate it 5. when its working - we get good speed. but the thing is it when ever it goes down, we need to spend time calling the customer support executive. and they just register the complaint in the local asianet office. we need to wait calling them, asking when will they come. the response will be the isssue willl be fixed by that day evening..
these guys who are coming to fix in the large area will have 1 truck and thousand complaints.
and if we need to use the asianet connection, only thing that we can do is to give them 5 or 6 trucks and some employees....
Asianet Is The Good And Reliable Internet Provider In Kerala Its Plan s Are Similar To Airtel Braodband By The Some Ways Of Experience I Have Cleared That The Internet GAteways Of Asianet Passes Through The Airtel Broadband They Wont HAve Their Own Internet Backbone In India Like BSnl And Airtel
its pretty bad these days and customer care executives are ridiculous while we try to solve any issues regarding broadband.
dnt think asianet is good, am using it for atleast 2 years upto last 2 months service was very good ,u will get a download speed upto 600kBps-700kBps,but now its only 30-50KBps in peek times (after 6pm),may be some problems in their gateway,or some problem in their tie up with airtel gateway,
what ever the **** is....... its pretty bad for last 2 months....
and if u want to get the problem solved with the help of customer care executives,they are just like hell..... will say even upto 2 months that ...ur problems been checked, & tomorrow or today it will be corrected...they have just no shame in telling these bullshit....
may be they thinking there is no more value for asianet broadband users...as they had a lot for last 2 years........but let me tell u... it will surely degrade if ur performance are going like this
