| Hi all, I just moved in to new place and got In2Cable broadband here. I have racked up my brains trying to get my netgear wgr614 wireless router to work with it but of no use. Here's how the connection works: There is no cable modem as such, a direct ethernet cable is connected to the comp, but it is not "always on". There is a dial up connection with connects with a service using the username and p/w provided by the ISP. The internet ip is dynamic. In my prev provider (hathway) the connection was always on with a static ip, so I just had to reflect those settings in the router setup and it was zooom.. no probs. Here.. ah, its a different story Please help people! |

| Does this isp have its own dialup client or does your windows have to dial it up using the connection settings? |
