Are all broadband the same? I mean - the same in customer service, the same in all aspects of the business? I am just wondering why there are those who are good providers but there are also not so good ones.

If the question is that are all ISPs same in all aspects, then I would say definitely not! Though there a a few areas where all of them lack focus (CC, Online Gaming), but still there are a few who are good atleast in terms of speed and connectivity!
