Default Seminar for the SME business

Recently I attended a seminar targeting the SME business organized by HughesNet SME Broadband for Business along with leading IT magazine PCQuest at Coimbatore. There were many experts from this field who threw light on how to use IT to empower small and medium businesses. I myself run an SME in Nagaland. And thanks to the seminar, I got to know a plenty of latest info on communication technology, especially for SMEs located in remote areas. For instance, the business broadband satellite internet connection is a much better alternative to the painstakingly slow dial up connections in the areas I operate in.

I dont think it's painstakingly slow in Nagaland anymore. There's BSNL Broadband and then Symbios which is an FTTX service and it's catching up real fast in Dimapur and Kohima. They got very good radio/wi-fi links the last time I checked - circa december 2008
