i have been using this for the past year and a half.. its been the worst broadband service ever.. i have used Sify and Hotwire before this n there is no comparision..

every month it doent work for atleast 2-3 days.. the best part is when u tell the guys to give u the coupon when the month is abt t end, invariably they dont have it... this has been the case for the last 4 months.. the fact that i started my Sprectra-Smart thing in the beginning of the month(as in my 1 Month used to end on the 1st on every month) and now it has reached 15th.. such has been the delay

The less u talk abt the speed the better.. though u cant expect much when u say 64 Kbps but then it hardly gives a speed of abt 20-30Kbps(yes thats abt 2-4 KBps)..

The only + point in this is obviously the price.. 400 pm(rather 3 weeks a month) is not much..

dont recommend it..if u have any other option then look for it.. i dont have any other option hence i have to stick with it..

Notice for Spectra - Smart in Haryana -

1. It's costly in Haryana.
2. On Sunday's, Net is not gonna work.
3. Bad Service if Wireless.
4. Limited Coverage for a wiry connection.

Always On
No more + Points.

It's the worse other than Airtel for me in Haryana.

I do agree with anyone who is using spectra net in Delhi

i've been using spectranet since October 2007. and ever since i opted for 256kbps the story got worst....


in my opinion these guys still have a lot of work to do to get their service better....

since january i am not able to use it properly....

most of the time there server is down......

when i call to the vendor they say they are gonna take care of that but nothing works

altho now in the month of march they have fixed the connection dropping and gateway is fine now and dns is also going good but i m afraid if it lasts for long or not.....
