Hi,
I've been using MTS MBlaze - device ph # 9141152687 since first
week of June (close to 2 months). I am facing couple of issues since two
months. I've complained about the same to the MTS customer care four / five times.
But the issue is yet unresolved.
The issues are:
a) Very low download speed (apprx 200 KBPS)
b) Broad band signal strength is NIL
My earlier registered complaint numbers are: July/29 and Jul99
This is very poor customer service I've ever seen.
I want the issue to get resolved within a day or disconnect the
service and refund the FULL device amount.
When I took the device I got all the promises that, I would get good
customer support, but I've seen enough of poor customer support within
a month.
