It cannot happen. How can any service be free? But what may/can happen is that if you opt for a high end plan, voice may become free.

Dude, all those fibre optics cables, laying the cables, exchange upgrades, equipment, satellite transpoders, undersea cables, etc. cost a lot of money. Where will the money be recovered from?

Guys if ever it may happened that broadband come out for free am sure I am one of the happiest user on it.

Broadband for free is quite fantastic! If that time would come, i will be the first to ask for it LOL!:clown: Anyways, Broadband Promotions will be more realistic!

you can get very cheap dial up (10 paisa per minute) on bsnl landline..

requires no registration..

BSNL WLL gives 144 Kbps unlimited for Rs. 110 per month (for rural).
