Unhappy BSNL WLL problem

I purchased Bsnl Wll + internet last 3 months back, it was working perfect for first 2 weeks and it started problems after it.
I went directly to the unit office and got the signal receiver and now i am facing lots of problems even their enquiry department is even not problerly responding.

I get a ping of 999ms++ frequently and even often "Google.com" takes 45mins-2hours to open., and even i can't download any files at all. Morning it accelerates at 18kbps and after 8:00AM it slows down to 6kbps and low till 12:00PM at the night, what should i do now??

So i wanted to know is someone know about Command prompt so that i can use flush/renew.. something like that..

u must bang ur WLL set on the head of bsnl WLL administrator then it may work fine.

you must replace the instrument asap as because of this you have lots of problem
try to replace it

Place the phone in some place where there is much signal reception. Also ensure that the nearest wll enabled tower is active/online with the help of bsnl officials.

Thanks for the suggestions you guys, I got to the main reason behind the problem.
The problem is with the ISP itself, as it a Backbone internet service , they are loafing around just by feeding Halvas to the aam aadmi

And its not only the problem, Firstly:they are rejecting to give New Landline connections + New BB connection

Secondly: I can only browse those websites that have been registered with Indian Registrars and not Global

Thirdly: Email and no social community networking sites can be opened, if i do all ill get to see " Connection Interrupted " / " Address not Found " / " Connection Aborted " / " Data Transfer Interrupted "

No use of talking with the Enquiry Department, as they donot know anything regarding Tech Info, just say it shall be corrected next day or this matter will be looked upon
