    Default The Fastest Broadband Connection...

I was drop by in one of the net cafe in our place, and I was amazed upon using their very fast internet connection. They said it was a 1gig a minute connection. And wow it makes me interested to have that kind of connection soon. It eases your headaches and it was the fastest connection I ever tried. What about you guys what's the speed of your Broadband connection?

Your IP address shows 203.177.74.141 (Manila, Phillipines). Unfortunately for us (lesser folks) we have to make do with 2 mbps at the most at homes. Some people have an 8 mbps connection but that is because they are paying insanely.

My Narrowband connection speed is 256 kbps. And I am glad to state that I derive that speed only when something goes wrong at my providers end. Oh Yes, you must have guessed it by now - SIFY !

Edit: Ooops, I think I have posted in a wrong section Sify is not under DSL....Sowwwy Admin

Well, let us not jump to conclusions yet.

Actually she is saying 1 gig a minute. So the speed translates to 17 mbps.

    Default Hyderabad rocks...

I suggest all speed crazy folks to shift to Hyderabad! I was a content BSNL customer in bangalore with the 750 UL plan paying ~850 for 512kbps. I recently moved to hyderabad and voyla there is Beam! I get 10Mbps for 1000rs now. So...the common man in hyderabad can certainly experience high speed...
