GTA SA too can be slow if you have tried completing the side missions available ..... Taxi Driver mission/Pimping Mission/FireFighter/Ambulance driver etc etc etc .....
I finished San Andreas without using a single cheat

Mafia is the best game ever. U get so "attached" to game till the end. For me, i just never wanted it to get over !!! First 2-3 missions u have Slowwww cars, after that, u even get racing cars. 1 mission u have to race and it is pretty tricky to drive on of those Old vintage F1 cars. But, its all down to taste.
I found that GTA SA was way too long and many missions were boring(side). If they made it a bit shorter, would have been better. Hats off to all those who finished the game !!
I found the racing mission of Mafia to be extremely hard. It was really surprising as i used to win in NFS games in LAN parties. Then a friend told me about the secret track in the racing mission which enables us to finish the race faster and finish the mission.
GTA:SA was good, but the only gripe was that i stopped playing it by the Airplane license mission. Too tough for me...![]()

Yeah i think u press Cntrl+1 or some other Num pad key ..... Its a cheat
After sometime i came to know the pilot license could be obtained merely by flying a passenger airplane for certain duration. But i had uninstalled the game by thenHere is my doubt. Once we get the license, will the pilot license mission be loaded? I mean can we skip the pilot training mission?
I too played it long ago ...
Sorry i dont know !... i got my pilot license after finishing the Flight mission just the way it was meant to be finished [that is by completing the set of challenges]
I didn't like the GTA series much...
I like games which have some good storyline and gameplay; and satisfactory graphics.![]()
Anybody remember the alternate way of gaining health in gta.......I mean the hooker in the car....that was unique![]()
Wow, getting into a very detailed explanation about this issue might get me banned. Nevertheless, for the sake of sharing knowledge about gta I'm furnishing a sketchy outline.
While cruising in a car (hijacked or otherwise), look out for some ladies who stand out from the general crowd. Go near the woman. After a few moments she'll open the car door and get in. Then drive off and look around for a secluded spot (Mostly woody parks work just fine). Park the car and wait. After some time you'll see the car shaking on its springs (). You health starts increasing till you reach max. Then the lady comes out and goes away.
Cool, right?![]()
This is not the end of it, there is part in the game when our hero fell in love with a Nurse, later they finish in the apartment, the whole apartment start shaking with loud sound.
It was released with the thing happend inside the apart. but later they pull out all the Dvds and censored this part
Yesterday only i was on the racing mission, it took me over one hour to complete the mission
Im, a big fan of GTA, i never use any cheat, I have complete san andreas, vice city and GTA III
now you are telling me when i have spent over an hour on this mission
Indeed Mafia was a superb game and it will be forever in my mind
Yes you are right if you take that shortcut track then your lap count will not be over there is a simple cheat over that here goes
Once you are at the end of the shortcut just stop your car and make sure you are on the main track and then press the reset button then see what happens i am leaving this for a surprise!
And yes btw these days i am playing Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts its a war based strategy game which is hell tough!!!
i wont play First Person Shoot(FPS) games, i love to play car racing games with my gamepad......my favourite one is Need for speed - Most wanted
its very very hard playing NFS on the wheel. U have to turn very slightly. Its a lot easier with a gamepad.
