Thread: 'Ghajini' The Game

_____ You may have heard of the upcoming game Ghajini . Its hit the stores recently and is a PC game .Original costs just around 200 rs i think . It was originally planned to be released before the movie but was postponed ,

"But we wanted to polish it up more, and use it as a USP after the film's release when audiences are really interested in the chase aspect of the plot that manoeuvres the game," says "Ghajini" producer Madhu Mantena.

Designed by Shashi Reddy, chairperson of FX Labs and Ghajini's co-producer Madhu Mantena, Ghajini The Game was executed at a cost approximately Rs 30 million.

Mantena said, "It's as slick as any cat-and-mouse PC Game with a computerised Aamir Khan looking like a replica of what he did in 'Ghajini' (same hairstyle included) chasing the villains. Basically the game borrows the 'Ghajini' plot from the time Aamir's character is hit on the head to the time he catches and kills the first villain."

Ghajini' is a Third Person Action game, which will provide a fantastic opportunity to all Ghajini fans to experience the movie through this exciting game. The game features recreated movie locations and scenes in the 3D world so as to provide the gamers with the actual movie sets to make the game playing experience as authentic and adventures as the movie. The players get a first hand experience of the main protagonist and character Sanjay (played by Aamir Khan) and experience the challenges and trails faced by him.

The Game' will be distributed by Eros International in both Indian and international markets.

I was thinking that, maybe im missing something but didn't want to go too off topic, but now that you mentioned it what other games are they which have been created after bollywood movies.

Dhoom2 was also made into a game .....But there is a doubt as to whether they would release it

There was a game Tomb Raider which was based on Movie with same name starring Angelina Jolie.
Also Spiderman, the matrix, harry potter and more...

Bollywood movies having a game after them is kind of normal, but its a new thing that i had heard for bollywood movies! This is a new feature in India i think, as Sb21pro kind of mentioned, and with the Dhoom game which is yet to be released!

Surely they would flop!

i also played a game on the indian movie in my PC forgot its name but there was a sound in between the game of our own DHARAm PAA ji the sound is Kut***,kam***,hara***do,main tumhara khoon pee jaunga.........seriously i'm not joking i actully played this game when i was in 10th standard........

I am a huge fan of Aamir Khan and I loved the movie Ghajini.

But sorry guys, I was a fan of Max Payne long before this Ghajini game came out and it so looks like Max Payne. If the Ghajini people decided to make a game, they should have come up with something original.
