I have below config.

PhenomII X6 1100T 3.3GHz
4GB DDR3
1TB HDD

Just dont have Graphics card installed, however I got 1GB onboard Graphics of ATI.

So can I run GTA with High Graphics by using this software?
As currently, I am unable to run it on high graphics.

GTA 4 requires 3.0 pixel shader version, sorry mate 3D analyzer is no help for you. Although if you have an onboard ATI card (unless its an accelerator which I doubt because I duno if ATI has any accelerators) that should actually server you enough to get you through the game. And if you can provide us the model number of your card, maybe we can help you tweak it so you can run it in full graphics.
