Thread: World's First TEFL Documentary Film Now In Production

Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) is skyrocketing. Now filmmaker Daniel Emmerson is making the world's first documentary on TEFL. Emmerson recently signed a contract with TEFL.net, sponsors of the film. Due for release as a full DVD package in early 2008, the film will feature TEFL teachers, students and school directors from many countries. Surprisingly, the documentary will be the first of its kind. Although various reports have touched on TEFL teaching, there has never been a film dedicated solely to this occupation. This is something really good. I think more and more such documentary movies should be made as students and other people can know more about TEFL.

i guess its outsourcing idea. Everyone knows the importance of learning the language, now we have documentry/ movie to show it. :X
