Thread: why to pay more monthly....

hi guys im new to this forum ....im a railwire subscriber...i stay in domlur..as told in one of the thread ...domlur agent is charging 1000 rs installation...and above all my plan is 256kbps...320plus tax is the prescribed value by the railwire but my agent collects 450rs everymonth if i ask hm he tells ..tax are very high..wat to do frnds..whatever im really satisfied with my speed i get 101% speed...all the time...good service also..so happy to use service...:

Ask him what % is the tax and add it to 320;see if its really 450(I dont think itll rise by 130rs :O 30%)

If he still charges you 450 complaing to railwire authorities

thanks 4 ur suggestion but bro... all over india...the tax is 10.3% itz already given on the railwire site..it will add upto 350.80Rs i have complained to railwire..still i haven got any response at all...hmmmm...

So hes Charging rs100 extra?

btw he should charge 350 and provide the same speed that hes giving now

and does he give you a Bill?

yes..buddy he gives a bill ...let him do wat to do...i think this is the cheapest brdband service still evn he take3s 450

Domlur Agent is charging same amount in all tariff plan, other then 256 Kbps, Agent get monthly less then Rs.100/- from 256 Kbps Connection,
how can he maintains network,Technician salary, payment Collections?
Agent Need minimum 100 Connections to Pay One Person Salary,
what could be the network expenses, Collection Agent etc.
why Dont u go for higher Speed Connection Like 512, 1Mb, 2Mb and 4Mb Unlimited
there is no excess charges
