    Angry Speed Caps in Reliance 3G

    I dnt know if anyone have faced this issue or not.

    I am from kolkata and using Huawei UMG1831

    i was shocked to see Reliance is capping their connection for 3g connection.

    negotiated QoS means that the max you will be getting

    So In short I wont be getting more then 8mbps download and 240 kbps upload

    It will show after you dial the modem. click connect then create a dial up connection. and it will show.

    It is not a mater of fake..!!!

    1.It seems he had tried BSNL 3G before he Tried Reliance 3G
    2. Here in Kolkata Reliance have acess point smartnet as compared to rcomnet in Rest of INDIA
    3. I also faced the same thing but surprisingly

    Download Speed was around 5.76 Mbps - 6.1 Mbps (7.2 Mbps connection)
    Upload Speed was around 900kbps-1.6 Mbps (ie 1-2 Mbps connection)

    * Mbps--Megabits persec , Kbps -- kilobits persec

    I used Mobile Partner v. 16.001.06.01.500

    I can say review is Fine..!!!
