Default Relince 3G Blocking all incoming connections and pings

I have used reliance 3G and found that all incoming connections to any port and ping requests from any external isp are being blocked by reliance server.

So in reliance 3G its like half internet connection , you can connect to computers outside on internet but you cannot connect or ping your computer connected to reliance 3G.

This is like getting a phone connection in which you can call and speak to other person outside but others cannot call and speak to you.

Due to this there are many services/softwares which cannot be used.
Also you cannot use Remote desktop to access your computer(connected to reliance 3G) from any external isp.

    Thanks

Yes, all antivirus and firewalls are disabled to check this.
To confirm this , i have even tried and connected the the same laptop with same 3g usb modem same settings and just switched the sim from reliance to docomo/airtel/bsnl and with all of them everything works fine , no ports are being blocked by docmo/airtel/bsnl but Reliance is blocking all incoming connection ports and pings.

You can try yourself, just connect with reliance 3G , and try connecting your computer through remote dektop(or any other software/service which opens incoming port) from another computer connected to net via other isp and it will not work. You can connect to outside computers but from outside computer you cannot connect or ping a computer connected to reliance 3G.

It is not connecting using apn: smartnet , only rcomnet apn works , maybe smartnet apn is working only in your area.

Reliance customer care and techincal team is not able to resolve this error in reliance 3G server till date. I have spent many days(15-20days) with customer care but they are not able to reolve this. So customer care support is really not up to mark.

Problem is not yet resolved , rcom team is telling this from last 30 days(approx) that they will resolve this error but then they forget about it and i have to remind them over and over again and i get the same same response that they will resolve.

Now after so many days I don't think they are interested in resolving this error in Reliance 3G server.

As a reliance customer i have done my best to help them as much as possible and also sent them ping and trace routes screenshots many times , but i can't help anymore if they themselves are not interested in retaining their customers and resolving such snags in Reliance 3G server.

I have opted for docmo 3G and purchased 10GB plan and have not renewed my reliance 3G plan.

Please tell me if there is any way around to this problem.

I am using , APN: RCOMNET

Hope reliance is able to rectify this problem.

    Thanks

Reliance customer care service is not up to mark , it takes them 3-5 days to replay back and customer care team will forward the problem to netconnect team and net connect team will forward it to datacard support team and data card support team will forward it back to cutomer care team or netconnect team , and it is still continuing from last 40 days.
On phone techincal customer care team person says , they are not technical enough to understand the problem and its better to mail.

On mail they just keep passing it ovver to other team after 1-2 weeks.

So over all i think they don't want to resolve the problem.

    Very bad Customer Care.

and very high disconnections too , even at 70% to 80% signal level.
Very high variation in upload speed , goes to 0.25 to 0.5mbps in peak hrs and 1-2mbps in off peak hrs.

The only good point about reliance 3g is they have slightly lower latency than others but over all if they block all incoming ports and pings and with too many disconnections and vhigh vairiations in upload speed , then these bad points overcome one good point they have.

Docomo is stable even at 50% signal level and stable upload/download speed.
