I'm using reliance 3G via ZTE USB Dongle MF-190 the past couple of days the connection constantly switches between HSPA and UMTS rendering it completely useless. The connection switches every 10 seconds and the transfer rate reduces to complete halt. Its very annoying when you pay good sum of money in hope of getting better service but what you get is a connection worst than a dial-up.
