Thread: Reliance 3G not working in Mumbai

I was using Reliance 3G for about 15 days, but then on 15th Sep 2011, I hit the bottle neck.
I wasn't able to connect to Reliance 3g, and contacted the customer care. Those idiots told me, it the problem for the day.
I am using Samsung Omnia i8000 model, which is 3G capable and was using on it for 15 days.I am not able to connect to Reliance 3G on APN rcomnet henceforth.
I had tried in various area of mumbai including Fort, Byculla, Reay Road, Ghatkoper, Vashi, Thane and Airoli.
But, wasn't able to connect to Reliance 3G, but I am able to connect to 2G.
My 3G MB balance is about 1935 MB, yet, I am not able to connect!
I got the internal news from the Reliance gallery that there is some internal problem with Reliance and wont be solve till 10th Oct 2011.
Does anybody in Mumbai area face these problem or is the problem with my Handset?

Hi, Im also using rleiance 3G on my samsung wave s8500. Im also unable to connect to 3G from the past one month. I have been calling the customer care. They are just saying that there is some technical problem and will be solved by the weekend. But still it is not solved.

I am still wondering if the Reliance 3G USB Stick net is working for anyone in Mumbai?
B'ze technical, if Mobile even after getting 3G signal can't connect to it, same even goes for USB Stick shouldn't be able to connect, as both use same network and signal for internet

Get a replacement sim .. your problem will be solved
