Rep Power: 0  |  Can not open any site(Home page is opening up everytime) Hi All, Very strange problem I am facing. Since last four days whenever I open IE. Page will ask for userID and password. Once entered new page is opening up which relaince broadband home page. After that I tried to open any site, system automatically open broadband homepage. CC is of no use. Still they dont know whats the problem. Please help. Regards Prakash |

Rep Power: 10 | Have you tried with a different browser... ie firefox or safari or any other? Did you manually try to open up the reliance login page and log in again after it throws you to the home page? Also post what DNS you are using please.

Rep Power: 0 | I tried firefox & google chrome Hi I tried firefox and Google chrome but same problem. When I open any browser first time it will ask me for userid and pass, when I enetered that thier brodband home page is opening subsequently if you try to open any browser thier home page open up. CC people tried to ping thier server but it failed. In fact yesterday thier engineer came and tried but he also failed. |
