    if you are reliance user then you ll get your plan speed...( suppose it is 400kbps...you surely will get that speed...depending on the connection of uploader{reliance}) But as the basic plan in reliance starts from 100 kbps..so 100kbps additional speed is
    guaranteed!! Trust me on this.!!

    I am not Reliance user, I am using Home 500 c in BSNL Broadband.
    Speed- 2Mbps. I always get speed of 216 KB/s on normal seeded torrents(thats my tricks to speedup any torrent speed).
