presently new user logged in today

Presently using 75 kbps reliance brodbnd for 450

wanted to know how do you increase the speed of buffering videos on sites
because could only buffer 3 minutes in half hour

can we share data through lan & how

why dont you go for a diff plan ,im using the 400 kbps for 999 and still i have buffering issues with online streaming videos,i cant even imagine your situation.., well if you dont wanna go for 999 plan ,go for the BSNL 500 upto 2mpbs connection ...

The best thing I can advice is >> get a faster connection> Try BSNL broadband its the cheapest and best option after airtel.

i advise bsnl too, c you are already paying 450 a month , then why not 500 ??

WELL a 512kbps conn is req for smooth streaming...it wont work with u r 300-400kbps conn.....

So should i go for Hathway 128 kbps unlimited for 450
or 256 kbps night only unlimited for 450
or thr 512 night unlimited for 550
my cousin has a horrible experience a year back

MTNL IS PRETTY COSTLY FOR NIGHT UNLIMITED and it is only from 12 am to
8 am at night and i work at night shift so cant use
or is there any oher alternative :

As you said you work at night then there is no point going for night only plan.

Out of the ones you have listed I would say got for 128kbps unlimited connection but thats not ideally suited for downloading movies.

If you can stretch your budget a bit then go for a wimax connection either reliance or tata with 256kbps unlimited.
Even Mtnl's 256kbps unlimited connection doesnt cost a lot now as they recently reduced their prices.

depends on the quality of movie
for youtube 300kbps works fine.

if u r using torrent, read the comments on video/movie then download it.

u dont trust torrents????grt man....coz ur the 1st first person frm whom i hv heard this......

Movie torrents are fine. I don't think that anyone has written a virus/trojan that can affect a system from a media file such as .avi/.mp3, etc.

ya, i agree, there is no virus which can affect mp3 and video file.

but there is one way that your system can affected thru virus

when you open some video files, it displays no codec found and then will automatically connect to internet for finding codecs.

also some video files connect to website without any warning,
so if the video connects to web-site, then it can automatically download the virus or malware,spyware into your system.

so, try opening video when your internet connection is closed.

you can switch to Reliance Broadband for fast download. problems occur with every operator while downloading fat mails, movies etc, but broadband connectivity works with a rapid speed.

In india if u download a new movie, it would become old after the downloads complete, if u want to watch videos online on sites like youtube, u require minimum of 2Mbps unlimited speed and for watching HD videos u will require 10Mbps unlimited speed which is currently impossible in india, it's better u keep dreaming, hope reliance starts providing their 2Mbps unlimited speeds@ reasonable prices so atleast we can stream youtube videos without buffering, it would be of some relief for youtubers, currently they are offering@Rs2599+tax pm, they should make it to somewhere around Rs1000pm, it would be great....

1 Mbps is enough to See HD movie without buffering .............
Use speedbit video accelerator but with it do not use Google Chrome.

lol, no dude, ur wrong, as said even by the youtube developers 2Mbps speed is the bare minimum for watching normal videos and 10Mbps for HD videos, it's a fact and about speedbit video accelerator, all those softwares are of no use, it's just for advertising..

Take a try with opera browser and speedbit video accelerator in combination...........

Go for a different plan buddy, with 75 kbps plan you can only download small clips not the full movie

75 Kbps can do nothing.........
Even Edge is better than this............

Try to go with reliance combo plans its is cheaper and gives u free talk time of 150rs
combo 300kbps = 650rs p.m

Now EVDO prices are dropped, and you can use it...........

Do any one form hyderabad download tv torrents?? pls lemme know..cuz i am downloading.,,tv torrents...and need help.!!

in utorrent..if there are any hyderabad reliance ppl...then i get a speed of around 100 kbps download speed.!! for any torrents...

so was hoping that some one would download..community(tv show)1-14episodes..
and archer too.!!

This is not because both of you use the same internet provider.This is because: the nearer the peer(lesser the ping) , higher the priority of sharing between them......So always use a software that pings you atomatically after 1 -2 minutes so as your ping decrease.

Greater the number of connected peers, greater will be your ping.
