hi guys
presently new user logged in today

Presently using 75 kbps reliance brodbnd for 450

wanted to know how do you increase the speed of buffering videos on sites
because could only buffer 3 minutes in half hour

can we share data through lan & how

why dont you go for a diff plan ,im using the 400 kbps for 999 and still i have buffering issues with online streaming videos,i cant even imagine your situation.., well if you dont wanna go for 999 plan ,go for the BSNL 500 upto 2mpbs connection ...

The best thing I can advice is >> get a faster connection> Try BSNL broadband its the cheapest and best option after airtel.

i advise bsnl too, c you are already paying 450 a month , then why not 500 ??

WELL a 512kbps conn is req for smooth streaming...it wont work with u r 300-400kbps conn.....

so no BSNL CONNECTION HERE
So should i go for Hathway 128 kbps unlimited for 450
or 256 kbps night only unlimited for 450
or thr 512 night unlimited for 550
my cousin has a horrible experience a year back

MTNL IS PRETTY COSTLY FOR NIGHT UNLIMITED and it is only from 12 am to
8 am at night and i work at night shift so cant use
or is there any oher alternative :

As you said you work at night then there is no point going for night only plan.

Out of the ones you have listed I would say got for 128kbps unlimited connection but thats not ideally suited for downloading movies.

If you can stretch your budget a bit then go for a wimax connection either reliance or tata with 256kbps unlimited.
Even Mtnl's 256kbps unlimited connection doesnt cost a lot now as they recently reduced their prices.

AND I WOLD LIFE TO BUFFER MOVIES AND THEN COPY FORM TEMPRARY INETRNET FILES
AS I DONOT TRUST THE TORRENTS

depends on the quality of movie
for youtube 300kbps works fine.

if u r using torrent, read the comments on video/movie then download it.

Movie torrents are fine. I don't think that anyone has written a virus/trojan that can affect a system from a media file such as .avi/.mp3, etc.

ya, i agree, there is no virus which can affect mp3 and video file.

but there is one way that your system can affected thru virus

when you open some video files, it displays no codec found and then will automatically connect to internet for finding codecs.

also some video files connect to website without any warning,
so if the video connects to web-site, then it can automatically download the virus or malware,spyware into your system.

so, try opening video when your internet connection is closed.

you can switch to Reliance Broadband for fast download. problems occur with every operator while downloading fat mails, movies etc, but broadband connectivity works with a rapid speed.
