    guys i hv just emailed to reliance cc

    "sir,
    sir as such i m a prepaid customer of reliance broadband in bijapur
    area.The service given is so much pathetic that even even the
    distributor has left the agency .
    with due respect sir m just fed up with the service as in a week
    approx 4 days the net connection is down n whn i complain to the
    customer care they give me the ticket no n thn no response.Even the
    local reliance person whn being called says someday tht the wire is
    cut in hubli,somedays he says the even is not working ,,someday
    another excuse n just a flurry of exuses n my balance is cut without
    the service being provided.

    i request u sir plz look into the matter at the earliest..

    i hv replied with the following detais..
    sir,,
    with reference to ur mail the following things r as understared:
    my mobile no: XXXXXXXXX
    my broadband customer id:XXXXXXXXXX
    exact nature of the complaint:sir in a month the downtime of ur
    service is approx 12 days.whn i call up the customer care they take my
    complaint ,give me the ticket no n no response at all afterwards.
    the local reliance area manager named Mr Raju cell no:9341101112.this
    person whn being confronted with the problem says the server is down
    in hubli,,,sometimes the wire is cut,,sometimes the even is not
    working so even being replaced n most of the time does't even replies
    back abt the status of the connection.
    the speed i m getting is lower thn the usual i.e m gettng 32kBps at my end .

    sir,u can contact me after 5pm in the evening i will be availablee at tht time.
