Thread: Download speeds in UL plans in Reliance

I was planning to change my ISP , cus the one who is providing the Internet now, is reducing the speeds

can any reliance user tell me how the download speeds of the plans of 600KBPS-UL and 400 KBPS-UL in reliance are like ..
