The best thing in my opinion is to get a wifi router and buy those usb wifi dongles for each pc you want to connect.

This way you wont have wires running all over the place.. wont have to dedicate a computer just to create a network and I guess is cost effective as well.

Provided the cost of that usb dongle thing is not more then Rs150-200 a peice... I am not sure how much it costs. The wifi router would only cost about Rs1000-1200 if you get a netgear.

Well I Do have a WiFi router of ZTE provided by BSNL.... Actually am currently using BSNL Broadband (Home UL 1350 Plus)..... and would like to switch over to Reliance 1 Mbps Plan.... the only thing am wondering is how to configure my router..... Cause as in BSNL I can Directly Fill in my username and password in Router PPoE Settings but I think its a diff. case alltogether with Reliance in which u need to login through their Webpage......

Yes you would need to login using their webpage but thats no big deal as that can also be done behind a router.
I use tata wimax and use a wifi router to connect and have no problems and I guess reliance wimax works more or less the same way.

Yes. You only need to log in once from any single computer to let all computers on your network access the internet through your wifi router.

Look at these links from our forum for help. The manufacturer of your router might be different, but the fields in question remain the same everywhere.

If you're still facing problems, leave a reply in that thread. We'll deal with it then.

Dear ,
I afraid that adsl wifi router wont get configure...
rather i suggest you to get a D link DIR 300 for 1800/- and that will make your life easy and setting it up is as easy as saying 123..
