I want to get Reliance Broadband Net Service at my home but their customer service department is very bad. I tried to call them many times at 2-3 numbers available on their website, But every time it might be either busy or disconnects automatically in between..I really wonders about, It seems like they might be disconnecting phone intentionally. I wrote mail to their Customer Service department 2-3 times but not got any relply.......Finally I got a phone number of one service man and called him 2-3 times but he also used to disconnect phone.
It seems like there might be something wrong with company(between employees and management)..Finally I wonders about, How they might be troubleshooting clients problem if they not attending phone calls and replies to mail...
