Default Problem with laptop and Desktop in Reliance broadband

    Hi all,
I have a very unique problem with my reliance wimax broadband. I am able to connect to the net through my Desktop. However if I disconnect my desktop after logging out and connect my Laptop, I am not able to connect to the internet. Earlier I had the reverse problem. I was able to connect through my laptop but not through my Desktop. I called up RCOM customer care. The reliance technician came and changed some settings on the antenna. He was using my Desktop. He showed me that the signal strength is 22 and also checked that the internet is working through the desktop.
Later when I tried accessing the internet through the laptop I was not able to connect.
Has anybody faced this problem before and can anybody suggest a solution.

    Thanks
    Prashant

    Saurav,
I do not think the problem is with the configurations....because initially my Laptop was working fine and my desktop was not able to connect. The reliance engineer comes to solve the problem of the desktop. He changes the antenna and voila the desktop problem is solved but the laptop can now no longer connect
