Thread: plz share ur experience regarding reliance netconnect..

hii guys i m thinking of buying relince netconnect for my desktop...

i m staying at dombivali (mumbai).so any1 who stays here plz share ur experience about reliance net connect...

how r their service and if not good which r better wifi service providers in this city..
as i want internet for share market so i don't expect any disconnections becoz it could cause me much amount of loss..
also note me what r the speeds provided by them..r their speeds n connection constant or their are frequent disconnections..

guys plz note me what should i do...

I took this connection. Great speeds but a whopping bill of Rs. 14,000/- for 5 days usage

its ur silly mistake cant u check ur usage??, don't u know its not unlimited.

dude just go for it,I've personally tested their card in many locations and found it a true winner, VOIP works like charm no jitter in sound ping times are constant and speed is just mind blowing watching you tube is just delight on this card, but sad part is that they capped it to 10GB limit which simply sucks,i know they will launch pure UL just like they did it with Net connect CDMA that cost RS 1500 UL with 18KBPS of DL rate, if ur daily usage is 340 MB then go for it!!!

Reliance is fooling people by stating speed of 3.1 mbps. I have this data card, and when I didn't receive speed no where close to it, and complained, the response I got was - "3.1 mbps is the max limit, and we have no where mentioned the min speed. At the end of the day this is NOT broadband - it's just a marketing name";

two days later I receive another call - "the max speed provided is only of 500 kbps at this point of time" ... take your call when you purchase, as I don't get consistent speed (max has been 1 mbps - download) - upload max is about 100 kbps.

3.1 mbps? whoaaaaaa
listen when i took this card and that was long long ago it gave me speeds of a dial-up connection. i was expecting nothing better from reliance. same goes for the cc
so i finally quit it because i wanted to move to broadband
