    Smile Any working DC++ HUB for India?

    HI all,
    I have heard lot for DC++ hub giving speed of 1 mbps or so . Please tell me any working Hub for India.

    Hi,

    I got this error when i typed the address
    A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

    and where do we have to put the ip address I am very new to it didnt understand
